Born in 1974 in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, Japan. Graduated from Faculty of economics of Tokyo Metropolitan University. In 1997, after passing the second stage examination of the CPA examination, joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC. Until 2002, worked for Tohmatsu for 5 years, engaging in statutory audits mainly for manufacturing industry, trading companies, construction industry, and banks, etc., consolidation package audits based on the international accounting standards for foreign-owned subsidiaries in Japan, IPO support for non-public companies, and due diligence for corporate acquisition/bulk sales of bad loans, etc.

In 2002, after resigning Tohmatsu, established Kitsunai CPA firm in Shinjuku, Tokyo, engaging in consulting for companies who invest (launch business) in Thailand, domestic statutory audits (manufacturing industry, wholesale industry, advertising agencies, and securities companies, etc.), and audits for real-estate funds etc.

In 2003, joined Bangkok office of BOD Group in Thailand, one of the second-tier western accounting firms. At BOD, engaged in various consulting for Japanese companies who invest (launch business) in Thailand, accounting/tax procedures agency, and coordination for accountancy/audit work.

In 2004, resigned BOD, and established Asia Alliance Partner Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand, aiming for providing higher quality services to Japanese companies. Mainly providing accounting/tax/legal services for Japanese medium-sized enterprises and newly launching companies in Thailand.

In 2007, in order to support accounting/subsidiaries management by parent companies in Japan of companies who operate in Asia, established Asia Alliance Partner Japan Co., Ltd.

In 2009, in order to support Japanese companies who launch business in Vietnam, established Asia Alliance Partner Vietnam Co., Ltd.

In 2011, in order to support Japanese companies who launch business in Indonesia, established PT. AAP Consulting Indonesia.

In 1999, graduated from Faculty of Commerce of Chulalongkorn University （1st Class Honors）and joined Bangkok Bank PCL, engaged in bond issuing and lending business. In 2000, resigned Bangkok Bank and entered the master’s program of Graduate School of Hitotsubashi University as a scholarship student sponsored by Ministry of Education of Japan. In 2006, completed the doctoral course of the said Graduate School and obtained Ph.D. of Economics.

In 2006, after returning to Thailand, joined AMATA Corporation PCL. As a business development manager, engaged in support mainly for tenant Japanese companies at AMATA Industrial Estate who to establish and operate business in Thailand, and management of AMATA’s industrial estate business in Vietnam.

In August 2009, joined Kasikorn Bank PCL. As an Assistant Vice President, engaged in lending business for large enterprises, etc. In December 2010, joined AAP Group (currently, the president of AAP Capital Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of Asia Alliance Partner Co., Ltd.).

Graduated from Maebashi Gunma Prefectural High School, and Keio University Faculty of Business and Commerce. In 2007, after passing the CPA examination, joined ShinNihon LLC. At ShinNihon LLC, belonged to the financial division and engaged in audits etc. mainly for financial institutions such as trust banks, credit guarantee companies, securities companies, life insurance companies, non-life insurance companies, and regional banks. In march 2012, joined AAP Group, doubling as accounting manager in Thai office and Japanese manager of the accounting firm (PAS).

Graduated from Faculty of Accounting Burapha University (in 2002), and Faculty of Politics Ramkhamhaeng University (in 2000). In 2000, joined the Thailand office of BDO International, engaged in accounting audits for manufacturing industry, construction industry, hospitals, real estate industry, etc. After that, worked at the Thailand office of RSM Group, then joined the Thailand office of McMillan Woods as a partner. In 2010, joined Professional Auditing Service Co., Ltd., the audit firm of AAP Group as an audit partner, currently be in the post of the president of the office.
