With approximately 4.5 years of experience serving as a tax advisor to small and medium-sized enterprises at a tax accounting firm, he provided advisory services across accounting, taxation, and social insurance. He then spent around three years at a NASDAQ-listed company, where he worked on international tax matters and contributed to a project to implement an accounting shared-services function leveraging an ERP system. At the age of 30, he pursued an overseas career and relocated to Chennai, South India, in 2012.
Through hands-on experience in India, he recognized the strong need for consultants who deeply understand local business practice and can provide long-term support to Japanese companies. In October 2014, he co-founded the company jointly with Global Japan Consulting Co., Ltd. and Asia Alliance Partner Co., Ltd. Since then, he has supported more than 200 Japan-affiliated companies operating in India—including new market entrants—providing services ranging from market research and incorporation support to back-office outsourcing and advisory in accounting, tax, HR and labor, and legal affairs. In addition, through the group company INDIGITAL, he delivers India talent utilization solutions, from recruiting Indian professionals to alternative employment arrangements via EOR, as well as supporting team launch and capability-building as a strategic HR partner.

Japanese Certified Public Accountant (JICPA). Following his early career at Sumitomo Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation), he built approximately 15 years of experience as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Tokyo and Hong Kong, including listed-company audits, IFRS implementation, and improvements to consolidated financial reporting processes. At PwC Hong Kong, from 2004 to 2007, he led and supported numerous engagements involving Japanese companies expanding into Hong Kong and Mainland China. In 2011, he launched an overseas expansion support business in Japan and has since assisted a wide range of Japanese corporations. His mission is to contribute to the global growth of Japanese companies and strengthen their international competitiveness.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Tokyo Metropolitan University
After passing the second-stage examination for Certified Public Accountants, joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, Tokyo Office

2002

After leaving the firm, established Kitsunai Certified Public Accountants firm in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Engaged in consulting services for companies expanding into Thailand, as well as statutory audits in Japan across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale, advertising agencies, and securities firms, and audit services for real estate funds.

2003

Joined the BDO Group, Bangkok Office (Thailand).
Engaged in consulting services for Japanese companies expanding into Thailand, as well as accounting and tax outsourcing services and audit coordination services.

2004

With the aim of delivering higher-quality professional services, left the firm and established Asia Alliance Partner Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand.
Since then, has been providing accounting, tax, and legal services to Japanese mid-sized companies operating in Thailand, as well as companies newly entering the Thai market.

2007

Established Asia Alliance Partner Japan Co., Ltd. to support Japanese headquarters of companies expanding into Asia.

2009

Established Asia Alliance Partner Vietnam Co., Ltd. to support Japanese companies expanding into Vietnam.

2011

Established PT. AAP Consulting Indonesia to support Japanese companies expanding into Indonesia.

2014

Established Global Japan AAP Consulting Private Limited in India.

2015

Established Asia Alliance Partner Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. in Mexico.
